So today we tried a different brand of those phillycheesesteak frozen meats. I added seasoning salt to the veggies as well as the meat with a little garlic powder and some pepper and it was awesome!. We will definitely make them with that again. The IBS is improving basically I know it had a lot to do with my previous employment being stressful and with certain foods. Just watch what you eat and try to have as little stress as possible (keep a positive attitude).
